Step Electronics PVT. LTD.,can provide complete repair service for all of the systems we have manufactured and sold since 1990. If you would like a system repaired, please contact the customer service department for a return authorization.
CONVERSIONS & UPGRADES
Step Electronics PVT. LTD, can provide conversions and upgrades to existing products. For example, if your thermal plate system has been configured from new to cool with LCO2 and you now need it to cool with LN2,we can convert the thermal plate to be used with LN.
